Governing Law

Our Data Protection Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law in everything that does not contradict the aforementioned Regulation.

The data collected fall within the category “identification data”, among which are the following: First and last name, telephone, postal address, company, e-mail address, and the IP address from which you are accessing the data collection form.

As part of our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss and unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, according to Art. 32 of the GDPR EU 679/2016.

No data disclosures or international data transfers are planned, except for those authorized by tax, commercial and telecommunications laws, and in cases where a judicial authority requires us to do so.
