Country Sales Manager for Polonia

Who are we looking for?

An experienced professional in the sector, someone who, in close collaboration with the commercial management, will prepare and manage sales plans and commercial strategies of the assigned areas, counting with the support of all the departments involved in the development and planning of activities in the market in question.

Someone with a proactive attitude towards the management, proposing any actions for improvement, and the development of their assigned area and corresponding partners, while generating synergies with other departments to promote those actions.

The candidate will be responsible for the recruitment, growth, and loyalty of new partners, without neglecting current partners,  following-up and working on the resolution of incidents, support at events-fairs, etc.

The main functions will be:

– Develop and manage the strategic sales and technical plan of the assigned areas following the company’s guidelines on action plans, forecasts, and marketing plans.

– Follow-up of the KPIs of their position.

– Planning of the annual calendar based on the commercial and technical strategy and the priorities and frequencies of visits.

– Establish lasting relationships with our partners in each of the markets.

– Planning and executing activities designed according to different markets.

– Negotiation of conditions and closing of contracts.

– Work closely with the departments involved in the development of their strategies, such as the Marketing, Product, Regulatory, Trial and R&D departments, to determine the commercial tools for the promotion/communication of the company in the assigned areas.

Taining required and skills

– Higher education (agronomist)

– English (level c1)

– Experience in similar position 5 years.

– Immediate hiring.
